3D Pinball Space Cadet was one of the most popular games during my teenage. I tried to recreate the game machine into a real 3D model to pay respect to Windows 98, my childhood.
It was so hard to get the right size and ratio because the only reference picture I could get was this one. The perspective view made it so hard to build the right proportion.
Although I struggled at that time, it's definitely worth trying to create this scene.
I did the model in Maya, made the textures in Substance Painter and Photoshop, and rendered in Arnold. I also did the color correction and defocus in Nuke.
Responsible for all aspects.
